研究概要

脂質二分子膜へのドラッグ・機能性分子の結合様式は、薬理作用や麻酔作用を理解するための必須の情報である。本研究では、理論的手法(大規模分子動力学シミュレーションとエネルギー表示溶液理論)を主とし、実験的手法(NMR-NOE法)を相補的に用いることで、官能基を系統的に変えた小分子から麻酔剤や20残基程度の膜貫通タンパク質までの、結合量・結合配置・大域的運動様式を、全原子レベルで解析した。
