研究概要

生命現象の理解や創薬において、タンパク質機能の解明は必要不可欠な検討事項である。本研究では、特定タンパク質の選択的かつ触媒的分解を通じた新規タンパク質機能欠失法の開拓を研究目的とした。我々はペプチドの創薬展開を目指した研究の一環として、外部刺激応答型ペプチド機能変換法の開発、ペプチドミメティックの合成研究、ボスファターゼ抵抗性リン酸化ペプチドの創製研究に携わってきた。これら従来の研究を基盤として、タンパク質分解に必要なデグロン分子の合成を行った。さらに、標的タンパク質分子を釣り上げるために必要な釣竿分子のデザイン合成を行うとともに、新奇リガンド依存型タンパク質ラベル化試薬の開発を行った。
