研究概要

免疫が関与する難治性の慢性疾患(成人の喘息、アトピー性皮膚炎など)の治療法の開発には、免疫記憶細胞の形成の分子機構を明らかにすることが肝要である。本研究では、メモリーTh1/Th2細胞の形成機構とアレルギー反応・病態形成の制御に関する解析を行った。その結果、ポリコーム複合体のEZH2やトライソラックス複合体のMen-1がTh2細胞の分化や機能維持に大きな役割を果たしていることが分かった。
