研究概要

種多様性の高い東南アジア熱帯～暖温帯多雨林の樹木群集の共存機構を解明する目的で、森林追跡センサスに基づき、群集全体に共通する環境傾度依存性と種・個体特異的な動態(樹木サイズ依存的成長・死亡と新規加入)のパラメータを、ベイズモデルによって一斉に推定し、群集レベルの動態パラメータ間のトレード・オフと、それを反映した撹乱応答を解析した。
