本研究では、アドホック端末、携帯電話などの超高速移動体通信や、無線インターネット、アドホック無線LANを中心とする高度融合の次世代の高速・広帯域マルチメディア移動体無線通信ネットワークを対象に、多段接続方式、マルチチャネル等の多重アクセス方式、そして異種トラヒックに関する性能解析及び性能評価を行い、性能最適化と最適制御方式の提案と検証、ルーティング制御と分散型制御に関する研究を行ってきた。
