研究概要

本研究は、戦前・戦中の日本で、量子力学が移入され、原子物理学の研究伝統が形成されて行く過程と、それがなされた制度的、社会的、そして文化的な背景を明らかにした。とくにこの過程で重要な役割を果たした仁科芳雄についての伝記的調査を行った。
