研究概要

本研究では、日本自動車産業における「先端技術開発協業(R & D collaboration in an advanced technology development)」のマネジメントの実態について、各自動車メーカーごとの違い、各自動車部品特性の違いの二つに焦点を当てながら、定量的・定性的な分析を進めた。その結果、自動車メーカーでも部品メーカーでも、マネジメントのあり方に多かれ少なかれ深刻な課題を抱えており、依然として試行錯誤が続いていることが明らかになった。
