研究概要

高密度星の熱的進化と冷却曲線において、相転移によりクォーク星(ストレンジ星)が形成された場合、特殊なニュートリノ放出過程が超新星爆発にどんな影響を及ぼすかを調べた。また超新星残骸Cas Aの中心天体の冷却曲線のここ10年間の観測結果をクォーク・ハドロン混合層における超流動相転移に伴うニュートリノ放出により説明することに成功した。
