研究概要

トポロジカル絶縁体の端状態の電気伝導や熱輸送における近藤効果を解析し、コンダクタンスの温度依存性を計算した。トポロジカル超伝導体のマヨラナ端状態と磁性不純物の交換相互作用が異方的であることを明らかにした。また、2次元トポロジカル絶縁体やトポロジカル超伝導体のバルク中に多数の不純物が存在するときに生じるアンダーソン局在を、ネットワーク模型に基づいて解析的及び数値的に調べた。さらに、トポロジカル絶縁体・超伝導体の分類理論を再導出した。
