研究概要

ジャミング転移やガラス転移を含めた高密度粒子系の非平衡相転移の理論的研究を進め、スケーリング理論、粒子摩擦によるヒステリシス効果や時間空間相関関数の長距離効果を論じる広義のモード結合理論等を発展させた。更に詳細釣り合いのない粉体系のゆらぎの定理を発展させ、久保公式との関係を明らかにした。また粉体単体の衝突を解析して負の反発係数が出る事を明らかにした。その他、ジャミング転移の概念を他の系へ適用した。

• [備考] 4).海外の多くの国際会議や著名大学のセミナーで招待講演を行ったばかりでなく、2011年度には3つの海外の国際会議での組織委員を務めた。またフランスの学生の学位論文審査に関わり、パリでの公聴会に出席予定である(2012年6月)。このようにこの3年間で海外における存在感を確実に増した事が大きな成果であると思われる。
