研究概要

我々が拡張超原子価結合と命名した直線状に並列した4個以上の原子による特異なσ結合に、機能開発上極めて重要なアセチレンを組み込んだ新規な結合様式を有する化合物群の創製を目指した。直線状の分子(結合)軸の周りにらせん上に原子が配列した化合物の合成に成功し、結晶構造の解析や各種物性測定を行った。またzig-zag構造や環状系の化合物群の合成にも着手した。包接化合物への展開も検討している。
