研究概要

本課題では,メニーコアプロセッサの性能を引き出す固有値計算アルゴリズムの開発を目的として研究を行った.本研究の主な成果は次の通りである.
(1) マルチコア/メニーコア向け固有値計算アルゴリズムの実装と性能評価
(2) AllReduce 型ハウスホルダーQR 分解法の誤差解析
(3) 高い並列性を持つベクトル逐次添加型直交化アルゴリズムの開発
(4) Totally Nonnegative 帯ヘッセンベルグ行列向けの高精度固有値計算アルゴリズムの開発
