研究概要

環境保全型農業の推進を進める目的で、天敵増殖・利用システムの開発と、在来天敵カブリダニの調査を行った。簡易で安価な大量増殖システムを開発し、餌種のハダニと天敵ミヤコカブリダニの飼育に成功した。また、天敵種生存率を保ちながら輸送できる条件と容器の開発も進め、簡易なシステムを構築した。在来天敵カブリダニ相の調査が遅れていた西日本地域で、農地に隣接する自然植生上で実施し、1, 070頭のカブリダニ成虫(内、862頭が雌)を採集・同定した。
