研究概要

βサルコグリカンはその細胞外ドメインにEGF様のアミノ酸配列を持っている。βサルコグリカンとEGFRとの相互作用をinvitroで解析したところ両者の相互作用が確認され、またこの細胞外ドメインがEGFRとの相互作用に必要であることを明らかにした。筋ジストロフィー関連遺伝子であるシントロフィン1と2遺伝子の二重変異系統の作製に成功し、両遺伝子の生体内機能を明らかにした。細胞質多角体ウイルスのVP3由来の固定化シグナルをβサルコグリカンタンパク質に導入したコンストラクトを作製し、ショウジョウバエ培養細胞で発現させることに成功した。
