| 研究概要 |
今年度は、引続き、直接加工部門における食品製造業と地域農業との連携システムを実証的に分析し、地域経済に果たす多面的役割とその展開条件を検討した。アジア地域の研究関連事例も積極的に研究対象として取り上げ実証的研究を進め、地場食品製造業の展開条件を分析した。
研究結果は、次の2研究論文として取り纏めた。論文「開発途上国における飢えを満たす協同組合の現状と課題-マダガスカル、ズリランカ、バングラデシュ、インドネシアを事例に-」は学会誌『協同組合研究』に投稿し受理された。また、論文「Impact of imported powder milk ondairy sector of Bangladesh -A case study on milk processors and dairy farmers in Baghabari of Shirajganj, Bangladesh-」は学会誌『流通』に投稿し受理された。さらに、この間、積極的に行ってきた実証的研究は、次の7本の研究にまとめている。「Significance of Rural Resources Circulation System Initiated by Sugar Processing Industry in Sri Lanka : An Empirical Study of Sewanagala Sugar」、「Impacts of Foreign Direct Investmentin Landon Farmers' Land Access, Food Production and Income in Madagascar : Case Study of Indian-Financed Agricultural Projects」、「(ANALYSIS OF CONTRACT MARKETING ON GOLDEN BANANAS SUPPLY CHAIN IN LUMAJANG REGENCY, EAST JAVA」の3本は日本農業経済学会で、「The Current Conditions and Constraints of Traditional Circulation System of Local Coconutin Coconut Triangle-A Case Study in Kurunegala District, SriLanka-」は日本農業市場学会で、「Economical Effect(s) of Dual Circulation System of Local Resources : A Case Study of Dairy Sectorin Coconut Triangle, Sri Lanka」、「Sustainability of the Small Scale Dairy Farming in the Rural Area of Bangladesh」、「伝統的な山羊飼養業とカシミヤ生産の今日的意義とその展開条件-中国内モンゴル自治区興安盟右翼中旗ハルバダ村を事例に-」の3本は食農資源経済学会で、以上合計7本を学会報告した。そして、現在、各学会への投稿準備を進めている。
