多発性骨髄腫微小環境でのNotch system異常の検討

研究概要

多発性骨髄腫細胞増殖に重要な骨髄微小環境、ミエローマニッチ、におけるNotch system異常の検討をおこない、その異常により、ひきおこされる下流の分子経路、特にTMEM207発現過剰を明らかにした。さらに種々の癌増殖微小環境における異常発現を検討しTMEM207が腫瘍抑制因子、WWOXと結合し、その機能を抑制することを明らかにし報告した。
