研究概要

IPMN由来癌はintestinal type IPMNからのものが多く,その多くは粘液癌であった. Gastrictypeからのものの一部はpancreatobiliary typeを経由していると推測された.膵癌症例の腫瘍辺縁部における浸潤様式は,小葉内,小葉間,混合型浸潤パターンに分けられ,免疫組織化学で一見すると腺房細胞やランゲルハンス島への分化を思わせる場合でも,ほとんどの症例は既存の腺房細胞やランゲルハンス島の細胞に癌細胞が浸潤し,それらの組織を巻き込み,置換しつつある像と考えられた.
