研究概要

免疫関連遺伝子多型を臨床的に検討し、NKG2D、Granzyme B、HO-1、CXCL10、NLRP3、FCGR3A、IL-17、PTPN22各遺伝子多型が、非血縁者間骨髄移植後転帰に影響することを明らかにした。さらに、実験的検討により、NKG2D、IL-17、CXCL10が機能的多型であることを示した。このような情報は、同種造血幹細胞移植成績向上に大きく役立つと期待される
