研究概要

平成21年度から23年度の3年間にわたり、アジア太平洋諸国で実施された造血細胞移植件数を調査した。対象国は15か国で、総移植件数は9414, 10393, 11078件と年々増加していた。把握できている総移植件数は、106, 495件と10万件を超えた。データ項目数を国際標準より減らしたleast minimal dataset(LMD)フォームを作成することで患者登録データベースを作成することに成功し、平成23年度は5561症例のデータを収集、収集率は50. 2%であった。今後、このデータベースを維持・充実させる必要がある。
