色白遺伝子(MC1RとP遺伝子)の多型と皮膚癌発症との関連

研究概要

日本では高齢化社会の到来とともに皮膚癌発症が増加しています。皮膚癌発症の最も大きな環境因子は紫外線暴露です。色素異常に関する遺伝子が明らかになるにつれ、健常人の皮膚の色調を規定する遺伝子が明らかとなってきました。代表的なMC1R遺伝子やP遺伝子の遺伝子多型と皮膚癌発症との相関を検討しています。最終的な解析結果により、紫外線暴露を避けるべきサブグループを特に明らかにできる可能性が出ました。
