研究概要

骨粗鬆症治療の主要な骨代謝改善薬であるビスホスホネート,選択的エストロゲン受容体調節薬,副甲状腺ホルモン製剤は,骨折や骨移植手術後の治癒様式を変化させるものの,骨癒合そのものには悪影響を及ぼすことはなかった.したがって,これらの薬物療法を骨折後や骨移植手術後に中止する必要はなく,新規骨折予防の必要性が高い場合には投与継続してよいと考えられた.
