研究概要

骨腫瘍切除後や外傷後に失われた骨格を再建する必要性がしばしば生じるが、解剖学的に健常な再建は現在困難である。本研究では、ビーグル犬腸骨に仮想腫瘍を作成し、その切除および欠損充填をコンピューター支援設計(computer-aided desing, CAD)を用いて行い、術前計画データを使用した欠損部に適合する入工骨設計をコンピューター支援製造(computer-aided manufacturing、CAM)を用いて行った。コンピユーター支援外科(computer aided-surgery, CAS)使用手術により、計画通りの正確な骨切除と切削加工した人工骨の設置が可能であった,人工骨に骨形成蛋白(bone motphohrnryiv ptoyrin BMP)含有ペーストを塗布した。骨欠損は解剖学的な形状に再建できた。コンピューター支援を駆使したBMPを用いた再生医療は大きな発展が期待できる。
