研究概要

骨粗鬆症に伴って発生する代表的な関節内骨折である大腿骨頭軟骨下脆弱性骨折を対象に、その予後予測因子についてMRIを用いて検討した。骨折線の長さと荷重部に対する割合が、重要な予後を左右する因子であることが判明し、バンド長のカットオフ値は20. 2 mm、バンド比のカットオフ値は57. 9%であった。今回、本骨折の予後予測因子を画像上明らかにできたことは、臨床現場における関節破壊の進行予測、ひいてはその予防法開発に向けたに重要な知見と考えらえる。
