鼻アレルギー発症機序における上皮細胞の新たな役割-T細胞、樹状細胞との相互作用

研究概要

アレルギー性鼻炎と非アレルギー性鼻炎鼻粘膜とアレルギー陽性及び陰性鼻茸の上皮細胞と肥満細胞がTSLPの発現をした。アレルギー陽性鼻茸はアレルギー陰性鼻茸やアレルギー性鼻炎鼻粘膜と比べTSLPの発現が多く認められた。アレルギー性鼻炎鼻粘膜にTARC、MDCなどのTh2ケモカインの発現が多く認められた。アレルギー性鼻炎鼻粘膜とアレルギー陽性鼻茸におけるTSLP陽性細胞とIgEや好酸球との間に正の相関がみられた。ダニ抗原の刺激で鼻粘上皮細胞からTSLP産生が増加した。鼻粘膜のTSLPとCCR4、CCR4とIL-4やIL-13との間に正の相関がみられた。
