研究概要

半導体の特性は欠陥や不純物によって変えることができます。それらの欠陥が固まりになったら、さらにその物質の物性がかわってきます。本研究は固体物質中に不純物からナノクラスタ・ナノ構造を作ることについての理論研究です。主な成果は(1)不純物クラスタ理論(2)AlN,ZnTeなどの半導体中の1次元的なナノ構造の理論(3)物質中のナノ構造によって新たな太陽電池材料の理論予測。
