研究概要

多国籍企業の中枢である本社の人材戦略が人的資源管理施策の充実度を規定し、それが海外子会社における本国従業員、現地従業員、第三国籍従業員(現地から第三国へ派遣)の登用(特に管理職)に影響を及ぼすことが概ね明らかになった。
