研究概要

海底からの資源を安全に採取する技術を確立することが、ますます重要となってきている。資源を採取に用いられる各種の機器に対する、信頼ある設計手法が不可欠である。本研究は海底から洋上に資源を運び上げるために用いる長大な管は、水の流れなどから受ける力によって制止せず常に揺れている。この揺れが管の破壊をもたらすことがある。この揺れを起こす力を推定できる方法を提案した。また、その揺れを小さくするために、管表面に突起を付けること有効ではあるが、付け方によっては逆効果となることもあることを示した。
