研究実績の概要 |
The goal of this project was to develop an inexpensive, portable and automated system for rapid disease diagnosis by using novel metal nanoarchitectures. These projects are: a. Hydrogel integrated mesoporous gold chronocoulometric sensor for ultrasensitive detection of miRNA. - We fabricated mesoporous gold and integrated it with the hydrogel chemistry to harness the best intrinsic activity from the system to apply for microRNA sensing. The developed sensor provided a much easy, reusable, and highly sensitive microRNA sensor. b. Nanoarchitectured superparamagnetic iron oxide-doped mesoporous carbon nanozymes for biosensing. - We developed a superparamagnetic nano-enzyme that showed high potentiality for magnetic isolation and purification as well as nano-enzyme activity.
