研究実績の概要 |
During the 2022 fiscal year, with the resumption of international travel, I started archival research for my research project visiting the Husserl Archives at Leuven University, as well as other relevant libraries at various universities.
During this year I presented my work at numerous international conferences and invited lectures in Japan and abroad. At Columbia University (NY), in September 2022 I presented the paper “Capitalist Realisms” in the conference "The Politics and Aesthetics of Migration" ; at "Inverted Mythologies", Kyoto University, November 2022, I presented “Bolsonaro’s Brazil and Neoliberalism as Political Mythology”; in the international symposium "Writing the Margins: Investigating Art in a Global Field" at UCLA on February 2023, I presented "Capitalist Realisms Revisited". These presentations received significant feedback, which allowed me to further develop my research and exposition. I also continued to work on the special issue of Diacritics dedicated to Martin Heidegger, which will be published this year.
In addition, I continued bibliographical research and made significant progress on both sides of my research concerning Husserl's phenomenology and neoliberal thought. Of particular relevance was the discovery of connections between the early Austrian economists and phenomenological thought, which opens a new perspective in this research.
