研究実績の概要 |
During the final year of the project, the researchers completed an analysis of the data gathered from more than 400 participants and began disseminating the research findings through publications and presentations. The data demonstrated that Maker Education was a good fit within existing higher education curricula and provided unique specialized situated learning contexts for content and language. Maker Education was also implemented in daily 1-hour sessions once daily over the semester. The researchers presented the study's results domestically at the JALT CALL Conference and internationally at the International Conference on Education Hawaii. Additionally, 4 articles were published in peer-reviewed journals, and a fifth is under review.
