Activity in 2023 is consistent with the research plan. The first stage of the study involved analyzing Stewardship Code disclosures by institutional investors and collating data. Having completed this task, the focus has shifted to refining working papers and their submission to journals. A paper has been accepted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal (Stewardship Regulation and Institutional Investors’ Preference for Investee Governance Quality). Another submitted paper received a revise and resubmit decision (Investor Stewardship Disclosure and Firm R&D Investment). The paper has been resubmitted. It is planned that further research papers will be developed from the data gathered using grant funds.
