Post-annealing of BaZrS3 amorphous powder synthesized by solvothermal method:
As there was no furnace with controlled environment, heating of the BaZrS3 amorphous power synthesized by solvothermal methods was anyways carried out in muffle furnace in air at varying temperatures and for different durations. The products, as confirmed form the XRD, showed crystalline nature but oxidized to BaZrO3 while little peaks of BaZrS3 were also present.
