For FY2023, we have completed the analysis of the acquired MRI data for both healthy volunteers and patients with essential tremor. As reported last year, the reliability of the generated FCOR maps, as measured by the similarity metric, generally exhibited an initial exponential increase with the number of included volumes and then plateaued, suggesting an upper limit and an optimal number of volumes to achieve this limit. For the FCOR analysis of patients with essential tremor, we have identified cerebellar and thalamic connector hubs that exhibited more extensive connections with the sensorimotor and visual networks in patients compared to controls. These altered connections were also negatively correlated with cognitive, tremor, and motor function improvement scores.
