| 研究実績の概要 |
国内外における新型コロナ・ウイルスの感染拡大を受けて、2021年度は出張や対面での大規模イベントを開催する等の活動の見通しが立たないことが予想されていた。したがって、2021年度は、関係の研究者の協力のもとでインタビュー調査を実施した。そして、国際セミナー“Race and Gender in Humanitarian Disarmament” with Binalakshmi Nepram (7月23日)、“BLM and the International Aid Community: Reflection by a Former Aid Worker from Japan”（12月1日）を開始した。
そして、こうした議論および他の研究費による研究に基づきつつ、「軍備管理軍縮における『ジェンダー主流化』の動向と課題」（2021年日本軍縮学会年次大会部会1、5月15日）や“The Self, Sovereignty and Arms Transfer Control: From the Nineteenth Century to the Present”(Disarmament Theory Roundtable 2: Articulating Disarmament Pathways in History and Practice, International Studies Association (ISA) 2022 Annual Convention, Online, 29 March 2022)といった学会報告や、“Research and the Way Forward”(Disarmament Theory Workshop, Online, 14 December) 、“Racism and Discrimination in Humanitarian Disarmament”(Ethical Humanitarianisms: Re-Set and Future Strategies, Institute for Humanities in Africa, the University of Cape Town, Online, 7 December)といった国際研究会報告、「人道支援をめぐる日本のアフリカ研究：傾向と課題」（『アフリカ研究』100, pp.47-51）といった論考執筆を行った。
