研究実績の概要 |
In the third year, I finalized the data collection through a comprehensive firm-level survey in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Central African Republic, and Zambia. This survey provided detailed insights into cross-border value chains with significant growth potential. The gathered data was meticulously analyzed, revealing new patterns of regional sectoral complementarities and productive capacity. Furthermore, I expanded the database of social accounting matrices to include more recent economic data, enabling a more robust key sector analysis.

3: やや遅れている
理由
The slight delay in the research activities is primarily due to the escalating conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This conflict posed significant logistical challenges and safety concerns, impacting the data collection process and necessitating adjustments in coordinating with local research teams. Travel restrictions and security issues led to delays in accessing certain regions and gathering the necessary data. Additionally, these challenges extended the time required for thorough data analysis to ensure accuracy and robustness. Despite these difficulties, substantial progress has been made, and the research is on track to be completed within the extended timeline.
