研究実績の概要 |
The NDS problem in mmWave D2D communications were handled using contextual bandits (CMAB) via utilizing multiband (μW/mmWave) standard devices. A modified energy-aware MABs were proposed to efficiently handle the problem. mmWave relaying solution via leveraging sleeping contextual/non contextual bandits. The WiFi signal centered at 2.4/5.25 GHz were the contexts for candidate WiGig 60GHz relays. Extensive simulations prove that the proposed algorithms outperform the legacy approaches. We proposed five energy-aware band selection (EABS) schemes to derive optimal band selection with superior performance. We proposed advanced stochastic MAB solutions (EA-RUCB and EA-PHE) to the WiGig nearby best sensor selection (NBSS) problem in WSNs with high performance than benchmark schemes.

理由
Still more wireless communication problems need deep study and intelligent solutions such as multi objective optimization schemes, cognitive radio systems, UAV aided NOMA systems. Moreover, the practical experiment under investigations to validate the achieved theoretical results is still under processing.

今後の研究の推進方策 |
mmWave shortest path using multi hop Relay will be under investigation. Multi objective relay probing and interference mitigation ML based algorithms will be proposed too. We also will set up a practical Multiband channel assignment in D2D communications. The online algorithm should choose the band that achieves maximum data rate with/without relay device between the D2D pair.

次年度使用額が生じた理由 |
The amount were transferred since we cannot travel abroad to international conferences and due to the Covid 19 emergency status. The plan is to use the amount for attending international conference once the borders are open or to fund an open access journal publication.
