研究実績の概要 |
Long-range transported Asian dust (AD) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were investigated in Kanazawa City. Total suspended particles (TSP) were collected daily during AD periods (from March to May 2021). TSP and PAH concentrations were 26.5±26.5 μg m-3 and 0.30±0.16 ng m-3, respectively. Correlation coefficients (r) between TSP and total PAHs in non-AD and AD periods were weak: 0.521 and 0.526 (p < 0.01), respectively. The concentrations of 1-nitropyrene (1-NP) and particles from combustion sources (Pc) were 1.33±0.57 pg m-3 and 0.18±0.08 μg m-3. The correlation between pyrene and 1-NP (r=0.732,p<0.01) and Pc (0.618,p<0.01) were strong.

理由
The total suspended particles (TSP) samples during Asian Dust periods (March to May) were collected daily. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was set up to analyze polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). The chemiluminescence-HPLC was used to analyze nitro-PAHs (N-PAHs). The concentrations of PAHs and N-PAHs from March to May, 2021 were obtained. The standards of hydroxyl-PAHs (OH-PAHs) were purchased. However, I changed my workplace from Kanazawa University (KU) to Asia Center for Air Pollution Research (ACAP) from April 2022. ACAP did not have equipment to analyze PAHs, N-PAHs and OH-PAHs. It is difficult to set up system to analyzed them. And the urine samples of patients can not be analyzed by third parties without consents due to KU policies. So it is difficult to continue analyzing OH-PAHs. Moreover, the budget for my research are too small to continuing sampling and analyzing.
