研究実績の概要 |
I found that long-range transport (LRT) of Asian Dust and LRT of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) on East Asia has different routes and origin. The information provides more insight on why the ambient particulate matter (APM) induces different health effect's reaction. K. O. Pham, A. Hara, J. Zhao, K. Suzuki, A. Matsuki, Y. Inomata, H. Matsuzaki, H. Odajima, K. Hayakawa, H. Nakamura, Different Transport Behaviors between Asian Dust and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Urban Areas: Monitoring in Fukuoka and Kanazawa, Japan, Appl. Sci, 12(11), 5404-5404 (2022) The health effects from Asian Dust, and LRT of PAHs were investigated. The results showed that PAHs had positive relationship with increased risk of nasal symptoms, asthma in Adult Japanese, and Japanese patients with chronic cough, while PM2.5 had no effect on asthma. The future plan is to investigate the nitro-PAHs and hydroxy-PAHs concentrations in western Japan.

理由
I changed my workplace in 2022, so there's delay in the progress. However, I was able to analyze sample and publish a paper. But I have to give up analyzing the effect of PAHs, nitro-PAHs on atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCV) due to personal data restriction.
