研究実績の概要 |
I deposited nanogranular films and studied the effect of the electric field on dielectric variation. The results show that when an electric field is applied, a maximum dielectric change is confirmed at a specific frequency, which is an emergent phenomenon that has never been reported before. Furthermore, this relaxation-type behavior is similar to that of a tunnel magnetodielectric effect, which reveals the relationship between electric and magnetic fields. Based on the findings, I published several papers this year in journals such as Appl. Phys. Lett. and Appl. Phys. Exp. et al.

理由
The observed relaxation-type dielectric tunability is important because it underpins the relaxationship between electric and magnetic fields. These findings suggest that the proposed tunnel electro-magneto-dielectric effect is very likely to be observed.

This year's proposal will investigate the combined effect of electric and magnetic fields on dielectric variation, analyze the results, and propose a new model to explain the results.
