研究概要

本研究は、社外取締役の独立性の金融危機の影響を和らげるかどうか、銀行のコーポレート・ガバナンスのあり方、ストック・オプションの企業リスクと配当政策などの企業行動に対する効果、株主の株主総会の出席率、株主総会の所要時間などの決定から株主総会の監督機能、M&Aの決定要因と生産性に及ぼす効果、企業統治と管理会計のあり方、資産価格急変の原因について、理論・実証分析を行った。多数の成果は、雑誌論文・学会発表・図書として公表された。
