研究概要

本研究では, 計算機上のソフトウェア開発タスクの自動計測を目指し
(a)どのタスクにどの程度の時間を費やしているか
(b)どの程度の作業量を各タスクに費やしているか
(c)各タスクの成果物の量,を個人またはチーム単位でリアルタイムに計測・可視化するシステムを設計・開発した.
あるソフトウェア開発企業における開発者を対象とした計測実験の結果,開発タスク計測を継続することで開発者が自らの作業量を正しく把握できるようになることが分かった.
