研究課題
本年度は，平成２２年度および平成２３年度の研究を踏まえて，品質指向ソフトウェアマネジメントのための定量的品質・信頼性評価法の検証と，そのマネジメント技術の実践強化策の提案を行った．特に，プロセス品質向上のためのソフトウェアプロセス改善技術の定着化とソフトウェアプロジェクトの定量的評価法の開発・提案を目指して，以下の手順に従って研究を進めた．１．品質指向ソフトウェアマネジメントに関係する定量的品質・信頼性評価法の現状・動向に関する研究調査を行った．次に，平成２２年度および平成２３年度の研究を通じて開発・提案したプロセス／プロダクトに対する定量的品質・信頼性評価法と，品質指向ソフトウェアマネジメントのための既存の定量的品質・信頼性評価法との関連性を把握し，実際のソフトウェアプロジェクトで観測されたデータを使って評価モデルの改良と検証を行った．２．品質指向ソフトウェアマネジメントにおけるソフトウェアプロセス改善技術の定着化とマネジメント技術の実践強化を図るために，プロジェクトのQCD（品質・コスト・納期）管理指標を考慮しながら，マネジメント技術の向上を図りつつプロセス品質の改善がなされるような，プロジェクトを成功に導く効果的な施策を提案した．また，その標準化を図るために必要な，組織あるいはプロジェクトに対する諸条件を抽出した．３．２．と併行して品質指向ソフトウェアマネジメントにおけるプロセス品質とプロダクト品質との関係を定量的に把握できるようなプロジェクト評価法を提案した．このとき，ソフトウェアプロダクトとしては，中間生成物と最終製品の両面から考察した．これにより，ソフトウェア製品品質と開発コスト／納期の目標値を達成するためのプロジェクトマネジメント技術の有効性を，評価して改善できることがわかった．
