研究概要

プロジェクトを成功裡に導くのに有意な要因として考察したマネジメント要因および品質保証要因を,品質・信頼性評価技術の中に取り込み,品質指向ソフトウェアマネジメントを強化する実践的方法を議論することができた.さらに,QCD に関する計画値と実績値の差異が著しく大きい状況を未然に防止するプロセス監視活動を実施することが, 効果的にプロジェクトマネジメント活動を推進する上で重要であることも分かった.
