研究概要

高度な知識や情報通信技術をベースとしたサービスセクターにおけるイノベーションシステムについて、日亜欧米諸国等を対象に実証分析を行った結果、イノベーションシステムのダイナミックな進化に影響を与える要因について分析した。様々なデータを収集し、学際的、先進的分析方法を開発した。サービスイノベーションに影響を及ぼす要因を分析するための有用なフレームワークを開発した上で、サービスに対するイノベーションモデルを構築し、サービスイノベーションの理論的進展に貢献した。
