研究概要

本研究では、従来のシリコン系太陽電池に代わる、安価で環境にも配慮した、バンドギャップデザイン可能な有機・無機系バルクヘテロ接合自己組織量子ドット太陽電池の研究開発を行なった。光電変換効率向上及び原子配列・光起電力機構をらかにし、今後の材料設計原理確立のための指針を得た。今後さらなる原子配列制御及びバンド設計により、高効率化への道が期待される。
