研究概要

シチジンデアミナーゼAID の活性化に引き続き、Topoisomerase1(Top1)の翻訳抑制が起きる分子メカニズム解明を進め、miRNAの関与、Ago2のTop1 mRNAへの結合、さらに詳細な結合部位が明らかになった。さらにAID依存性にTop1 mRNAに結合するmiRNAの同定中である。
