研究概要

浦添市は人口約 11 万人で、毎年 30 人前後の透析導入患者が発生していると考えられる。浦添市内の全透析施設(6 か所)の参加を得て研究組織を立ち上げ、定期的な会議を開催し各協力施設の CKD 患者コホートについてデータの整備を進め透析導入に至る経過の検討を行っている。また 2008 年度の特定健診受診者についても国保連合会、協会健保沖縄支部の協力がえられており、今後多面的な解析が可能となることが期待される。
