研究概要

320列MDCT を用いた63例の全肺吸呼気CT データから全肺および肺葉でのエアトラッピングを定量的に評価する新しいCT 指標(吸収値容量指数、AVI)を考案し検証した。全肺AVIは、1秒率と良好に相関するとともに、これまでのエアトラッピング指標で問題であった呼気レベルの違いによる影響を除外できる可能性をもつことが示された。AVI は慢性閉塞性肺疾患の局所肺機能評価に有力な指標となると考えられた。
