研究概要

合計112症例の検討では、MRIの特徴的所見や細胞診、円錐切除術による生検により、90%以上の確率で子宮頸部悪性腺腫(MDA)や腺癌と分葉状頸管腺過形成(LEGH)などの良性疾患を術前に鑑別可能であった。 クローン性解析ではMDA ・腺癌を伴うLEGH部分は、 4/6例が単クローン性で、そのアンドロゲン受容体遺伝子不活化パターンは、悪性部分と同一であり、その内1例のMDA部分のみにSTK11遺伝子の変異を認めた。 LEGHの一部は、 MDAや腺癌の前駆病変となる可能性が考えられた。
