矯正学的歯の移動時に生じる歯根吸収におけるケモカインーRANKL発現の検討

研究概要

Invivoにおいて50g群では10g群と比較してCINC-1陽性細胞、CXCR2陽性細胞,MCP-1陽性細胞およびRANKL陽性細胞の増加を認めた。Invitroにおいて、hPDLcellsのIL-8とMCP-1の遺伝子発現量は、6時間をピークに加重依存的に増加し、それらの産生量は経時・加重依存的に増加した。以上の結果から、IL-8(CINC),MCP-1およびRANKLは過度の矯正力により歯根膜細胞から多量に産生され、破歯細胞分化を促進することにより歯根吸収を発生させる可能性が示唆された。
